Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Every plan is built around you: your pace, your goals, the life you’re working toward.

One to one

Individual art therapy

We start with what you need, set goals together, and shape each session around them, at whatever pace feels right.

Together

Group art therapy

Shared experience, made in the same room. Groups build belonging and self-awareness, and make isolation a little smaller.

The practice

What is art therapy?

Art therapy pairs creative expression with psychology, a different and often gentler route into things that are hard to say out loud. Paint, clay, pencil, collage: the material you reach for carries meaning, and the making itself is a sensory experience of sight, touch, smell and sound.

My work is to notice what surfaces there with you: to help name it, find where it comes from, and build steady ways to hold it. Over time that becomes something closer to control: recognizing a trigger, understanding it, and choosing what happens next.

Making art is fun. It is also, quietly, productive work.
